Parents are requested to download the above application form or collect the admission form from the school reception.

The child should have completed 3 years of age by June 1st for Nursery, of that particular academic year of joining the school. The age for other levels are calculated correspondingly.

Enclosures required while submitting Admission Form :

• Copy of the Corporation Birth Certificate.
• Two passport size and two stamp size photographs.
• Supporting documents if the candidate belongs to SC/ST/OBC.
• Residential Proof.
