Parents are requested to download the above application form or collect the admission form from the school reception.

The child should have completed 3 years of age by June 1st for PRE - KG, of that particular academic year of joining the school. The age for other levels are calculated correspondingly.

Enclosures required while submitting Admission Form :

• Copy of the Corporation Birth Certificate.
• Two passport size and two stamp size photographs.
• Supporting documents if the candidate belongs to SC/ST/OBC.
• Residential Proof.
